The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the bill on amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Transfer of Objects of State and Communal Ownership” (re pre-school educational establishments)

The bill (Reg. No. 4075a) suggests supplementing article 4 of the applicable legislation with provisions that simplify the procedure of transfer of immovable property of state ownership into the communal ownership for placement of pre-school educational establishments.

Committee members took into consideration the opinion of the subject of legislative initiative under which, “adoption of the bill will promote development of pre-school education; socialization of children; and their comprehensive preparation for studying at school.”
